My
boyfriend and I are in the habit of having coffee for breakfast, just coffee; it’s
a terrible habit and come 1p.m., I have a heinous temper. On Sunday, we decided
to make these scones for an afternoon snack and use the rest as a breakfast
option this week. If they are sitting on a cake stand (similar here) next to the coffee pot, I am
guaranteed to pick one up and eat it. The scones are extremely easy to make and
delicious both hot out of the oven and with coffee two days later! Confession:
my breakfast progress will probably halt as soon as they are gone.
